Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns of full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at info@lagazzia.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale: discounted items and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item and place a new order.
